Some shows may be on sale at different agencies than the above as some outside promoters use different outlets which will normally be stated on any advertising for the particular event.

APPROXIMATE GIG TIMINGS
Sunday – Thursday: Doors 7.30pm. Headline act usually 9.00 – 9.30pm. Gigs usually end at 11.00pm.
BOX OFFICE HOURS
Open on performance evenings only: 19.30 – 22.00
Tickets for forthcoming nights are not available at the box office.
BOX OFFICE COLLECTIONS ACCEPTED
Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts.
Please take the credit card and Booking Reference Number as proof of purchase.
HOW TO FIND US
Dingwalls is situated in the middle of the famous Camden Lock Market. We are five minutes walk from Camden Town and Chalk Farm tube stations. We are at the junction of Chalk Farm Road and Camden High Street right beside the canal. The building is labelled Jongleurs and Dingwalls because it is also the home of The Jongleurs Comedy Club. Midlle Yard is off Camden Lock Place.

DISABLED ACCESS AND SEATING
This venue is accessible. There is handicapped seating available upon request and a special WC on the same level as the entrance. The entrance to the venue is from a cobbled yard but vehicles can get close to the front door if required but please make prior arrangements for this if you can.
GENERAL RULES
No cameras or recording equipment allowed.
No cans, bottles, drinks or food allowed to be brought into the premises.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Dingwalls is an over 14’s venue unless otherwise specified. Please check individual shows as sometimes they may be 16+ or 18+.
VENUE LAYOUT
The venue is on four levels leading down to the stage – there is only a two stair drop from level to level and all disabled facilities are on the Middle Yard/entrance level.
Capacity is 487
On seated shows tables and chairs are on a first come first served basis, no reserved seating.
PARKING
There is no parking in Middle Yard but there is plenty of parking around the venue which is free after 6.30 pm.
SMOKING
Dingwalls operates a strict non-smoking policy inside the venue but we have a smoking area outside the venue that is in a pedestrian only precinct and has an undercover area for those rainy days.
DINGWALLS BARS
Apart from the Music venue Dingwalls has two other bars and an outside terrace bar. Both bars sell good bar food, teas, coffees etc. Food from the bars can be taken into the venue if you wish.
EATING
If you do not wish to eat at Dingwalls then Camden has a wealth of restaurants to choose from and all within a minutes walking distance from the venue.
